Women Together

Women’s Ministries at St. Stephens exist
to help women CONNECT, GROW and SERVE within our church body and community.  We offer a wide variety of opportunities
in a welcoming environment for women
of all ages and walks of life.

Apples of Gold
A mentoring program for young wives and mothers offered on Wednesday mornings each Fall.

Chancel Society
The Chancel Society is integral to the preparation for and planning of worship at St. Stephen's Church. Chancel is comprised of faithful members who have accepted the responsibility for: setting the Lord’s Table in the Sanctuary, Henning House and Grace Commons; caring for the vessels and linens for the Lord’s Table; and preparing for special services during Lent, Advent, and Special Events, when needed. The Chancel Team is a quiet ministry where work is done to serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to prepare for His presence at worship at Holy Communion. The ministry members are trained and work on one of four teams which are responsible for services during one week each month.
